The following activities are strictly prohibited on cx999 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and possible voiding of all balances and winnings:

cx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant; cx999 will attempt to notify the registered contact before taking further action.
• At the player's own request — you may request account closure at any time by contacting cx999 support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, cx999 reserves the right to retain the account balance where it is connected to funds derived from prohibited activity. In all other closure scenarios, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily as a responsible gaming measure, cx999 will process your request promptly. Self-exclusion options are also available through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings, which allow you to take a break without full account closure if that better suits your situation.
